This Refund Policy explains when a challenge fee may be eligible for a refund and the conditions that apply.
Please read carefully before purchasing a Proptis challenge.
Important Summary
- Fees are generally non-refundable once access to the platform has been delivered.
- Refunds (if available) may apply only under specific conditions described below.
- Chargeback abuse or fraudulent claims may result in account restrictions.
1. Digital Service & Instant Access
Proptis provides access to a digital evaluation service. In most cases, access is delivered immediately after purchase.
Because the service is digital and starts instantly, refunds are limited once access has been provided.
2. When a Refund May Be Granted
We may consider a refund only in the following situations (example framework):
- Duplicate payment: you were charged twice for the same order.
- Technical issue on our side: access was not provided and support could not resolve it in a reasonable time.
- Unauthorized transaction: verified evidence that the purchase was not made by you (subject to investigation).
Any refund decision is made after internal review and verification.
3. When a Refund Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will not be provided in situations including (but not limited to):
- Change of mind after purchasing
- Failure to pass the evaluation or meet program objectives
- Violation of challenge rules or account termination due to prohibited activity
- Inability to trade due to personal circumstances, strategy choice, or market conditions
- Requests made after substantial use of the platform
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund review, contact our support team and include:

- Account email used at checkout
- Reason for the request and any supporting information

5. Review Time & Payment Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Processing times vary by payment provider and bank.
6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support may delay resolution and can trigger fraud-prevention measures.
If we detect chargeback abuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated disputes, we may restrict accounts and deny future purchases.

unless required otherwise by law.
