4. Challenge Rules & Compliance

Users must comply with the rules displayed on the Rules page and within the purchased program conditions.
Any violation may result in termination and loss of eligibility for rewards.

5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

• Challenge fees are displayed clearly before checkout.
• Refund eligibility (if any) is described in the Refund Policy page.
• Chargebacks or abusive refund requests may result in permanent restriction.

6. Payouts / Rewards

Payouts are performance-based rewards subject to rule compliance, verification, and internal review.
Proptis may request additional verification where required by payment providers or fraud prevention measures.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

• Account sharing or impersonation
• Platform manipulation, exploiting pricing errors, or abusive latency/arbitrage
• Fraud, chargeback abuse, or suspicious payment activity
• Use of tools designed to exploit simulated environments

9. Limitation of Liability
